PAYMENT
Payments can be made via Email Transfer, Cheque or Cash and are due at the end of month.

CANCELATIONS
Cancelations must be 24 hrs prior to service, failure to cancel 24 hr beforehand results in charge for the walk.

SEASONAL WEATHER
Walks will be based on the weather tolerance of your dog, some dogs can tolerate cold while shorter haired and small dogs are less likely to go out in extreme cold. 

REQUIREMENTS
Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, valid City of Calgary dog license, must be spayed or neutered, no aggressive dogs, have good recall and sociable with other dogs.

EMERGENCY CARE
In the unlikly event that anything should happen to your dog that requires medical attention, I will contact you at your emergency contact information, If you are unavailable your dog will be taken to my choice of vet for treatment. I will authorize treatment on your behalf up to a predetermined amount that you have agreed upon and as you are the owner will be responsible for all veterinary fees as a result.

Health predispositions and concerns must be disclosed to ensure proper precautions are taken.

SERVICE AGREEMENT
I require my clients to complete a contract during the free consultation, during that visit I will go over services, rates, policies and procedures.
